At Cabin Art Design, we value your satisfaction with our products. Please carefully review our Refund and Returns Policy below, which applies to all purchases made through our website.

1. Personalized Products
All of our products are personalized and made specifically for each order. As a result, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled unless otherwise communicated by us in specific cases.

2. Color Variations and Printing Differences
Please note that the colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the final printed product. Variations in color or appearance between your on-screen content and the physical product due to display differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect in terms of quantity, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide photographic or documentary evidence of the defect.

If your claim is substantiated and the defect is not caused by external factors such as the shipping carrier, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will either:

  • Provide a reprint of the product to remedy the defect, or
  • Offer a refund for the defective product.

Please note, we are not responsible for defects or dissatisfaction related to the design or content you provided for personalization. You have sole responsibility for any issues related to the user-generated content on personalized products.

4. Non-Personalized Products
For non-personalized products (those that do not contain user content), you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product(s). If your order contains multiple products shipped separately, you may cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the last item.

To cancel, you must notify us of your intent within the timeframe specified above. The product(s) must be returned to us in their original condition, and the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We will not cover any shipping costs related to the return of non-personalized products.

5. Limitations of Liability
The remedies provided above are your exclusive remedies for defective or damaged products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude any other remedy or liability available to you.
